"The Alamo"

I wrote The Alamo' movie report.

"The Alamo"

We watched a movie today. The movie's name was "The Alamo". It was about
freedom. Davy Crockett, Jim Bowie, Colonel Travis, and their men fought for the independence of Texas. Texas was part of Mexico but they wanted to be independent. They gave up their lives for freedom. They were very courgeous and brave. Davy Crockett was a Christian but in the movie he was not a Christian. Colonel Travis fought for freedom, too. Davy Crockett, Jim Bowie and Colonel Travis had 187 men. General Santa Anna was their enemy. He had 7000 men. Santa Anna was very gentlemanly, so he gave permission for the women and children to leave the Alamo.

Davy Crockett and the other men fought for freedom of Texas, so I have to fight for the building of God's Kingdom. I will fight as a Christian using the Bible.

I used to live in San Antonio, Texas. It was so weird the first time I saw the Alamo. I thought it would be out in the desert--but it isn't. It's in the middle of downtown, with high rises and new buildings all around it. I was very sad walking through the Alamo, thinking of all those who fought there.

I like your blog. I don't live in Texas anymore--now we live in Kyiv, Ukraine!

DId you like John Wayne in that movie? I like him a lot. I went to see the place once but most of what i remember is seeing some people who were dwarfs.

I don't like John Wayne. I like Orlando Bloom. He is in The Lord of the Rings(Legolas).
